Our "Final Testing" team in the Operations area needs reinforcement. Therefore, we are looking for an upbeat, technically skilled test bench assembler immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Prepare energy cables (10 – 500 kV) for testing (set according to drawing for test end caps)
• Measure and record conductor and insulation resistances
• Conduct direct current sheath tests (DC)
• Assembly of tension loops of all kinds as well as completion of cables for shipping
• Conduct visual inspections as well as testing of silicone parts such as stress cones and sleeve bodies of 72 – 500 kV
• Operating cranes 32 T / 60 T (ground control)
• Setup and dismantling of longitudinal watertightness tests
• General test bench work as well as converting/preparing various test adapters

You bring with you

• Completed vocational training in a technical field
• Several years of professional experience from the production environment of the energy industry
• Careful, precise way of working
• Advantageous: Crane license
• High flexibility and willingness to work in two-shift operation
• Enjoyment of contact with multicultural persons in the most diverse functions
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
