CNC Mechanic-Setter (M/F)

Introduction ##

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Fribourg, we are building a talent pool to support the deployment of our new industrial site in Bulle. With this in mind, we will shortly be looking for CNC Mechanic-Setter (M/F) profiles to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities ##

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC production equipment in compliance with manufacturing standards
• Perform series changes, complex setups, and production monitoring according to the schedule
• Ensure part conformity by performing dimensional and aesthetic self-checks
• Carry out daily production in compliance with quality, quantity, and performance objectives
• Guarantee compliance with safety and security rules, identify deviations, and apply appropriate actions
• Ensure first-level preventive maintenance and maintain clean and orderly workstations
• Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team dynamics

Profile ##

• CFC in mechanics in the field of machining or equivalent training
• Experience in the setup and operation of CNC production equipment, ideally in a demanding industrial environment
• Mastery of setup operations, quality controls, and reading technical drawings
• Proficiency with standard IT tools
• Availability to work in shift schedules
• Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and team spirit
• Communication skills, sense of mutual aid, and ability to transmit knowledge
