Precision Mechanics Workshop Manager - M/F 100%

• Higher education in mechanics, industrial production or equivalent * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in managing a production workshop, ideally in stamping/deep drawing, cutting or machining * Solid knowledge of industrial processes and strong field presence * Leadership and ability to unite teams * Sense of organization and decision-making * Team spirit and ability to collaborate transversally * Rigor, autonomy and result orientation

PERMANENT POSITION - Excellent conditions, daytime schedule, Reporting to management, you will manage the workshop activity and guarantee the achievement of safety, quality, cost, deadline and productivity objectives. You will lead the teams and contribute actively to the continuous improvement of industrial performance.
