Children, adolescents and adults with learning disabilities and/or intellectual disabilities or developmental disorders live in Johanneum. They attend the special school, clarify their career choice, complete training or work in the workshops with protected jobs.

The nursery includes the areas of floristry, production (ornamental plants) and horticulture. In the area of horticulture, we are active in customer gardens, in maintenance, during alterations and increasingly in new installation construction. We train young people with learning disabilities.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Landscape Gardener EFZ with several years of professional experience
• Driver's license category B/BE
• Team player, resilient and flexible personality
• High social competence and a solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in dealing with people and in working in a team
• Experience in supporting and collaborating with people with disabilities is an advantage
• Good oral and written German skills

Your Tasks

• Independent care and maintenance of own maintenance gardens
• Collaboration in alterations and redesigns
• Support in the supervision and accompaniment of trainees as well as supervised employees
• If interested, there is the possibility to additionally work in the nursery and in grave maintenance
