City Cleaning Employee Region Süd F

With around 1'000 employees, ERZ is one of the largest service departments of the city of Zürich and operates in an exciting environment at the pulse of time. Tasks

• You clean streets, squares, and parks of the city of Zürich in small teams using machines as well as by hand.
• You empty, clean, and maintain waste containers.
• Depending on the weather, you perform winter services with vehicles and machines.
• You independently carry out the daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance work on the vehicles as well as our modern work equipment.
• You work in staggered working hours between 04:00 and 22:00 as well as, if required, outside of normal working hours, after events or in winter, and perform on-call service (is remunerated and must also be performed at 100% even with a part-time workload).

Profile

• Reliability, impeccable conduct in the team as well as with customers, good German skills (Level B1) as well as openness towards other cultures and new things
• Manual / technical vocational training (Level EFZ)
• Very good physical condition and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Flexibility for special events as well as for assignments in other city cleaning teams
• Driver's license Cat. B, ideally also Cat. BE
