To ensure our properties function technically perfectly and remain well-maintained in the long term, we are looking for an experienced, technically skilled specialist with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a caretaker to strengthen our team.

Do you bring several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance, enjoy rolling up your sleeves, and find practical solutions even for demanding technical challenges? Are you manual-skilled, digitally fit, and enjoy working independently? Then we look forward to getting to know you!

Your tasks

• Technical building maintenance: You independently carry out repair, maintenance, and upkeep work in rental apartments as well as on building technical systems
• Maintenance and inspection: You regularly inspect technical systems, recognize defects early, and ensure their professional rectification
• Apartment handovers and refurbishments: You carry out apartment handovers, document defects, and coordinate the necessary work
• Coordination of external specialist companies: You obtain quotes, compare them, and supervise the professional execution of the work
• Support for tenants: You are the technical contact person for our tenants, process their requests, and coordinate necessary measures
• Digital and administrative tasks: You process orders using digital work tools, document identified defects, and monitor the building management system
• Further tasks: You support the maintenance of outdoor facilities if required, undertake winter services as well as holiday cover, and provide on-call service for technical emergencies

What you bring with you

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a caretaker
• Several years of professional experience in the technical caretaker field, ideally in the management of residential properties
• Sound practical knowledge in building maintenance and building technology
• Manual dexterity and the ability to carry out repair and maintenance work independently
• Confident handling of PC, smartphone, apps, and digital work tools
• Experience in the coordination of external craftsmen and service providers
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in contact with people as well as a strong understanding of service
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
