What to expect

• Setting up and operating 3- to 5-axis milling machining centers
• Manufacture of workpieces from various materials
• Manufacture of clamping fixtures and devices
• Optimization of provided CNC programs
• Active participation in the improvement of production processes in the sense of the continuous improvement process
• Carrying out standard maintenance on machines and systems
• General mechanical work

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic, specialist in manufacturing
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical processing
• Sound knowledge in machining
• Good knowledge of Siemens and Heidenhain controls
• Programming knowledge in a CAM environment is an advantage
• Independent, precise way of working with a strong sense of quality
• High social competence and good communication skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written (level B1 or higher)
• Willingness to perform, resilience and flexibility regarding working hours in multi-shift operations
