Caretaker / Property Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Property responsibility for various properties in different regions (Central Switzerland / Zurich)
• Operation and monitoring of building technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.)
• Execution of minor service and maintenance work
• Performing minor repair work and initiating fault rectification
• Control and quality assurance of technical and infrastructural systems
• Area cleaning and garden maintenance
• Support with special cleanings as well as with the care of indoor and outdoor areas
• Contact person for our clients, tenants, craftsmen and suppliers
• Completion of various administrative activities (reporting, requesting quotes, etc.)
• Ensuring holiday replacements within the team (occasional weekend shifts)
• Provision of on-call and emergency services

Your profile

• Basic vocational training in a manual trade desired (Specialist in Facility Management or a comparable qualification)
• Basic knowledge in the areas of HVAC
• Basic knowledge in the operation of building management systems
• Good technical understanding and enjoyment in performing minor control, maintenance and service work
• Organizational flair, flexibility and reliability
• Initiative, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Proficient German in spoken and written form
• IT application knowledge of common Office programs
• Driver's license Cat. B
