On behalf of one of our partner clients based in the Riviera region, a construction company recognized for the quality of its achievements and its solid reputation in the region, we are looking for an experienced and motivated masonry team leader to strengthen their site management

Job Description

• Lead and coordinate a team of masons on construction sites (structural work, transformations and renovations)
• Ensure the proper execution of work in compliance with deadlines, quality standards and safety instructions
• Distribute tasks within the team and monitor the progress of the work
• Read and interpret construction plans, and ensure their transmission to employees
• Be the primary interlocutor between the team and the site manager or the works manager
• Actively participate in masonry work: formwork, reinforcement, concreting, laying bricks and prefabricated elements

Profile sought

• Training in the field of masonry (CFC mason or recognized equivalent)
• Proven experience in structural work and/or renovation, with a first successful experience in team leadership
• Ability to unite, motivate and supervise a team in the field
• Sense of responsibility, rigor and autonomy
• Good physical condition and taste for working outdoors
• Proficiency in French; any other language is an asset
