Your area of responsibility * You actively help shape the setup and further development of our new bodywork and paint shop and sustainably shape its success. * You lead the entire Bodywork & Paint area (panel beating, paint shop, and customer service) with up to 10 employees and bear overall responsibility for the operational processes. * The planning, control, and achievement of the business management key figures are also your responsibility. * You promote, develop, and coach your employees in a targeted manner and create a motivating working environment. * A high level of commitment to the training and support of our apprentices is a matter of course for you. * With your modern understanding of leadership, you strengthen cross-departmental cooperation and promote an open, appreciative communication culture. * You actively drive the continuous optimization of processes, quality, and customer satisfaction. What distinguishes you: * Several years of leadership experience in a comparable function within the automotive industry * Completed vocational training as a car spray painter or car body mechanic with further business management training * Entrepreneurial understanding and action, customer- and solution-oriented thinking * Appreciative, transformational leadership style, open communication, and high social competence.
