Requirements

• You have completed training as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ or as a caretaker with a federal diploma - You work independently, efficiently, and responsibly - You possess a category B driver's license - You have a friendly, customer-oriented appearance - You have very good German language skills - You have a well-groomed appearance

Area of activity

• Care and maintenance of properties - Various domestic services such as environmental care, repairs, maintenance and inspections in the HVAC area and cleaning - Reporting of work - On-call service - Store, maintain and clean equipment correctly - Ensure access to buildings, for example patching paths and clearing snow in winter - Mowing lawns, caring for meadows, trimming hedges, raking leaves, weeding - Maintain contact with residents and employees in the house and ensure compliance with house rules
