Our agency, mandated by a Manufacture based in Genève, is looking for a Production Mechanic (M/F) to strengthen its existing teams.

Production Mechanic (M/F)

Profile sought:

• CFC training as a Polymécanicien, Micromécanicien, Mécanicien de production or equivalent training. * Experience in precision machining, ideally in watchmaking or micromachining. * Good knowledge of reading plans, machine setting and dimensional control. * Precise, autonomous, conscientious person, comfortable in a demanding environment. * Sense of quality, rigor and teamwork, with a real desire to invest for the long term. Main tasks:
• Set up and operate CNC and/or conventional machines for the manufacture of precision parts. + Perform settings, series changes and corrections during production. + Control produced parts using measuring instruments and ensure self-control. + Ensure production monitoring, compliance with sequences, plans and quality criteria. + Participate in first-level maintenance and the continuous improvement of the workstation.
