Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the Plastering/Drywall department
• Compliance with financial goals, total cost budgets and gross profit of all projects
• Leadership and control of internal improvement projects
• All AVOR work for the respective construction sites
• Ausmann-, supplementary billing
• Independent management of execution projects

What you bring with you

• Training as a painter, plasterer-drywaller, mason or related professions
• Further training as a Master, PL, construction manager or business administrator
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
• Good teamwork skills and networked thinking
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of shapes + materials
• Strong organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
• Natural assertiveness

• Assembly team - approx. 40 assemblers, 5 site managers
• Responsibility for the warehouse with warehouse keeper
• Salary package:
• Fixed salary from CHF 136 : 13 plus an annual increase possible
• Representation expenses - CHF 600.- x 12
• From 2nd year: participation in bonus system of up to 25% of the annual salary
• Vacation - 25 days (30 days from the 50th birthday)
• Company car incl. private use
