Your mission

You direct complex construction projects on the field and coordinate teams, resources, and work processes in order to guarantee an efficient, safe, and high-quality realization of the works.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate large-scale civil engineering construction sites
• Ensure the quality and compliance of the work with current standards and plans as well as the financial monitoring of assigned construction sites
• Effectively manage teams on the field to guarantee compliance with deadlines
• Ensure the maintenance of safety and environmental protection standards
• Proactively resolve problems, adapt to site unforeseen events, and support the Site Manager
• You hold the Federal Diploma of Foreman or an equivalent title
• You benefit from recognized experience in a civil engineering foreman role, preferably with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• You have an exemplary ability to work in a team and to create a climate of trust
• You have marked autonomy in the realization of projects
• You possess good communication skills with your team
• Good knowledge of German
