What we wish from you

You have vocational training as a Drafter specializing in architecture with corresponding further training as a Construction Manager HFP or Technician HF and already have experience as a Structural Construction Manager. You are proficient in using MS Office, MS Project as well as one of the well-known construction administration programs such as "Messerli".

In this function you are responsible for:

Creating tenders, preparing works contracts, performing local construction management, accompanying commissioning and completion.

Administrative tasks, such as minuting meetings, scheduling, accounting and creating cost forecasts are also part of the area of responsibility.
