Description ###

As a first-tier supplier for our renowned business partner, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Basel and Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a motivated and committed Technical Building Operator for a temporary assignment of 1 year, with the option of extension, starting immediately.

Tasks & Responsibilities ###

• Ensuring the availability of the technical building equipment, as well as compliant and economical plant operation throughout the entire useful life of the buildings
• Responsibility for technical building and plant inspections, fault rectification, maintenance, and continuous plant optimization (energy, costs)
• Responsibility for external company supervision and GMP-compliant documentation
• Providing on-call service and participating in various exciting projects
• Using expertise to effect change and benefiting from expertise in other areas through cooperation
• Ensuring information exchange within the specialist departments and participating proactively and independently in self-organized teams.

Must-Haves ###

• Completed technical vocational training in the field of building technology (e.g., automation technician, ventilation fitter), ideally a maintenance specialist
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment
• Basic knowledge of IT applications (Office, SAP, etc.)
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
• Independence and a proactive way of working
• Team orientation and willingness to cooperate
• Problem-solving ability and decisiveness
• High level of responsibility

Nice to Haves ###

• GMP knowledge
• Further training as an IH-specialist
• Several years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment
• Ideally English skills
