Work location: Kreuzlingen Workload: 10-20% Start date: Department: Building technology / Facility management / Horticulture Your tasks * Execution of maintenance work, inside and outside the buildings (gardening and cleaning work) * Execution of maintenance and repairs on systems and facilities incl. their documentation * Issuing, supervising and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while complying with costs, deadlines and quality * Execution of maintenance and minor repairs, if technically possible * Readiness for on-call duties (first intervention) and winter service work * Monitoring the maintenance and care of assigned vehicles, machines and devices as well as the cleaning materials used Your profile * Manual dexterity as well as technical understanding * Experience in facility management or building maintenance is an advantage * Independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working * Healthy assertiveness and good communication skills * Readiness for flexible working hours * Very good German and good MS Office user knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel) is an advantage * Driver's license Cat.
