For our partner company, an established Swiss company in metal processing and assembly manufacturing for industrial sectors such as mechanical engineering, medical technology, and automotive, we are looking for an independent and motivated

Welder (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Welding of assemblies made of steel, chrome-nickel steel, and aluminium according to technical drawings.
• Post-processing of demanding welded assemblies (straightening, grinding, finishing).
• Ensuring quality according to standards as well as testing and work instructions.
• Carrying out maintenance on production systems and caring for operating resources and tools.
• Supporting operations through general operational activities and compliance with safety regulations.
• Improving processes through active participation in continuous improvement processes (KVP) and cooperation with upstream and downstream departments.

Your Profile ###

• Professional experience as a welder or comparable qualification
• Sound welding experience TIG / MAG and manual metal arc (E-Hand)
• Advantageous with welding qualification according to ISO 9606-1 (111/135/141)
• Proficient in handling steel, chrome-nickel steel, and aluminium
• Independent, precise way of working as well as high quality awareness
• Very good German skills in spoken and written (B1)
• Willingness to perform and resilience
• Flexibility in relation to working hours (multi-shift operation)
