Our client, a Swiss company recognized internationally, is looking for a motivated and autonomous mechanic to join its technical team.

Throughout the year, your activity will be punctuated by missions abroad for the installation, commissioning, maintenance or troubleshooting of equipment for customers located all over the world.

AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY / HEAVY GOODS VEHICLES / LIGHT VEHICLES MECHANIC (M/F)

• Perform maintenance, servicing and repair work on equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical faults
• Participate in the assembly, commissioning and testing of installations
• Provide technical support and after-sales service
• Train and assist customers during the startup of equipment
• Participate in the on-call service (IMPERATIVE: YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 30MN OF PAYERNE)
• Perform occasional interventions at customer sites in Switzerland and internationally
• Write intervention reports and ensure follow-up of the work performed

Profile sought
-----------------

• CFC as a mechanic on agricultural machinery, heavy goods vehicle mechanic, light vehicle mechanic or training deemed equivalent
• Solid mechanical skills and interest in embedded electronics
• Native German or Swiss-German speaker
• Good knowledge of French
• Good level of English allowing communication during international travels
• Personality: autonomous, resourceful and solution-oriented
• Sense of service and pleasure in contact with customers
• Driving license indispensable
