Tasks:

• You lead and accompany your Heating & Sanitary team with appreciation, openness, and a good sense for people. In doing so, you promote the individual strengths of your employees and create a motivating working environment.
• You take on the technical, organizational, and economic responsibility for the Heating & Sanitary division and actively shape its further development.
• You coordinate day-to-day business, plan personnel resources proactively, and ensure efficient and well-coordinated processes together with your team.
• You accompany interesting and diverse heating and sanitary projects from planning to successful implementation and provide support to your team regarding technical and organizational questions.
• You maintain personal contact with existing customers, build trusting relationships, and recognize new opportunities for successful cooperation.
• You promote cross-divisional cooperation and contribute your ideas to the development of innovative, intelligently networked building technology solutions.
• As an important leadership personality, you shape the operational development of Enertech AG and have the opportunity to contribute at the Executive Board level in the future.

Profile:

We are not looking for a pure desk manager, but for a team player with leadership qualities, passion, and a true hands-on mentality.

• You have a solid education in the field of heating or sanitary, ideally supplemented by further training as a Master, Techniker HF, Ingenieur FH, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring experience in project management as well as in the implementation of heating and/or sanitary projects.
• You enjoy leading, motivating people, and making a difference together with your team.
• Social competence, down-to-earthness, and a hands-on mentality characterize you. You communicate at eye level, enjoy taking responsibility, and roll up your sleeves if necessary.
• You think entrepreneurially, appreciate short decision-making paths, and are enthusiastic about innovative technologies and the building technology of tomorrow.
