Motivated Carpenter Fitter (M/W/D)

• Manufacture and assembly of outlet systems
• Marking out and gluing of blocks, adjustments according to drawing
• Assembly of molded parts while complying with the required tolerances
• Operation of stationary and mobile woodworking machines
• Completed basic training as a carpenter or joiner EBA / EFZ with several years of professional experience in the woodworking sector in assembly
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, English and Croatian are an advantage
• Willingness for 2-shift work starting from January 2025 (05:00 - 13:30 / 13:30 - 22:00, weekly rotation)
• Manual dexterity, physical resilience as well as technical understanding and a strong sense of safety awareness
• Own cafeteria with dining possibilities at affordable prices
• Central location in the middle of Rapperswil with close public transport connections and many restaurants and shopping opportunities
• Participation and support from the company for internal and external further training
• Above-average continued payment of wages in the event of accident or illness
