Activity

• Take over technical and personal leadership of the team
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing processes including capacities and schedule management
• Ensure and optimize the efficiency of the pouch machines
• Monitor product quality and implement quality management measures
• Introduce and promote lean management and digitalization measures

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a leadership role in industrial production
• Sound technical know-how regarding pouch machines and automated systems
• Experience with lean methods, process optimization, and digitalization
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness with a team focus
• Pronounced awareness of quality, safety, and occupational health and safety
