Job Description Within our Customer Service Workshop and under the responsibility of the Team Leader, you will join a pole dedicated to Heritage pieces, with a particular focus on vintage timepieces, while also taking charge of more contemporary pieces and new releases. You will join a passionate team, driven by the search for excellence and attention to detail. Your role consists of bringing our timepieces back to life, whether they are contemporary or steeped in history, while contributing to offering an exceptional experience to our customers. In this context, you will be required to: * Perform the complete repair of recent and vintage watches, intervening on vintage manual, ultra-thin, perpetual calendar, equation of time, and split-seconds chronograph movements. * Diagnose the general condition of the watches and analyze their external components in order to provide precise and relevant information intended for our customers. * Guarantee the proper functioning, maintenance, and reliability of your work tools to ensure an irreproachable level of quality. * Actively participate in the continuous improvement processes of the workshop by sharing your ideas and expertise. * Continually develop your skills through regular training and the exchange of know-how within the team. Qualifications * Holder of a CFC in watchmaking or an equivalent training, you benefit from a solid experience of at least 5 to 10 years within a watchmaking Customer Service. * Passionate about old watches, you have a real appetite for vintage and wish to build your professional career around this universe. Ideally, you have concrete experience in the repair or restoration of old pieces. * You are particularly stimulated by the technical challenge specific to vintage: understanding a piece and its specificities, searching for adapted solutions and managing to restore it despite the limited, or even non-existent, availability of certain components. * You perfectly master the maintenance and repair of complex movements, from vintage manual, ultra-thin, perpetual calendar, equation of time, and split-seconds chronograph, as well as adjustment, finishing, and running operations. * You possess excellent skills in dial setting, hand setting, and case assembly, and pay particular attention to the precision of each intervention. * Curious and motivated by continuous learning, you like to develop your skills and deepen your expertise in old pieces and take on new technical challenges. * Recognized for your rigor, your sense of quality, and your analytical mind, you know how to effectively identify problems and provide lasting solutions. * Team spirit, sense of service, and passion for the profession complete your profile.
