We are looking for a milling operator to join our team and contribute to the production of quality parts within our milling department.

Milling Setter

Your mission:

• Set up and adjust milling machines in accordance with technical specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of machined parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Program milling parameters to optimize production efficiency.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment to guarantee proper functioning.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical problems and improve processes.
• Respect safety standards and work protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Your profile:

• Significant professional experience in setting up milling machines (Willemin Macodel), in the watchmaking industry.
• Mastery of blueprint reading techniques and technical specifications.
• Ability to perform fine adjustments with precision and thoroughness.
• Knowledge of materials used in watchmaking and their properties.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
