• Leading, managing our teams. Exemplary, hardworking and active cooperation
• Instructing and training new employees and helpers
• Link between our management, employees and customers
• Reporting of hours, efforts and services for billing
• Compliance with deadline specifications, coordination monitoring with our teams and external craftsmen
• Project-related organizing of rental equipment, machines and temporary workers
• Handover of premises to the property management / client

This is what you bring with you

• Ideally completed basic training in the field of construction, assembly or technology. Or career changers with a high manual / structural understanding
• Good communication skills in German (spoken and written)
• Independent, entrepreneurial-minded as well as team-oriented personality
• Initiative and motivation to contribute to business development
