Your task ##

As Head of the Electrical sub-sector, you bear the overall responsibility for the technical and operational leadership of your area.

Your versatile area of responsibility specifically includes:

• Overall responsibility for the electrotechnical projects and services within the assigned area
• Leadership, support, and further development of an existing team
• Promotion of the professional and personal development of employees
• Planning and control of personnel and operational resources
• Ensuring qualitatively flawless, on-time, and economical service delivery
• Monitoring of projects, orders, budgets, and costs
• Analysis and control of relevant business management key figures
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as internal quality and safety standards
• Responsibility for the consistent implementation of occupational safety measures
• Planning and organization of necessary training and awareness measures
• Maintenance of existing customer relationships and active further development of the customer portfolio
• Support in acquiring new customers and orders
• Review and supervision of contracts as well as ensuring professional service delivery
• Optimization and further development of internal workflows, standards, and processes
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and other company areas
• Active participation in the strategic and operational further development of the electrical sector

Your profile ##

You are an experienced electrical specialist with leadership experience and possess the necessary technical and entrepreneurial competence to lead an area independently.

Ideally, you bring the following requirements for this position:

• Completed vocational training as an Elektroinstallateur EFZ
• Completed further training as an Elektroprojektleiter Installation und Sicherheit with Federal Diploma of Higher Education
• Required qualifications in the field of electrical safety
• Several years of professional experience in the planning, implementation, and support of electrotechnical systems
• Experience in a leadership function or demonstrable leadership competence
• Strong social competence and enjoyment in the leadership and development of employees
• Good knowledge of the relevant electrotechnical standards and regulations
• Strong understanding of economic and operational contexts
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong initiative
• Experience in project and order processing
• Confident handling of MS Office and common digital work tools
• Knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• English skills are an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness combined with a cooperative leadership style
• Professional and confident appearance towards employees, customers, and business partners
