On behalf of one of our clients, a recognized and solidly established Geneva-based SME in the field of timber framing, carpentry, and wood framing, we are looking for a qualified and autonomous Timber Framing Technician to support its development.

Your responsibilities

• Design & CAD/CAM: + Modeling and creation of 2D and 3D execution plans using specialized software (mastery of Cadwork is required).
• Preparation of digital files and transfer to the timber CNC machining center / robot (Hundegger).
• Works management & Site management: + Organization, logistical planning, and operational monitoring of construction sites.
• Financial analysis, cost control, and ensuring the profitability of each project.
• Supervision, coordination, and leadership of workshop teams and installers on construction sites.
• Administrative follow-up: + Preparation of offers, quotes, and invoicing via the SORBA professional software (internal training).

Profile sought

• Education: Holder of a Federal Diploma of Technician or an equivalent / higher title in the industry.
• Technical expertise: Very solid technical skills in traditional and modern timber framing.
• IT skills: Perfect mastery of IT tools and drawing software (mastery of Cadwork is required).
• Leadership & Personal qualities: + Proven ability to lead and supervise field teams with good interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit, rigor, method, and a keen sense of responsibility.
