COMPLICATIONS WATCHMAKER (M/F)

Founded in 2009 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Télôs Watch SA develops and manufactures exclusive high-end watch movements. In June 2026, it will join the Chaumont Group, the new industrial platform serving the most prestigious Swiss watch brands. Guided by a passion for innovation and watchmaking excellence, our team puts its expertise at the service of its clients to design bespoke mechanical movements, complications and technical solutions.
As part of our development, we are recruiting a:

COMPLICATIONS WATCHMAKER (M/F)

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, adjust and validate mechanical and complication movements (T0, T1 and T2)
• Guarantee the dimensional and aesthetic compliance of components
• Perform running controls, interpret results and document the analyses performed
• Participate in the development and reliability of new movements and/or complications
• Collaborate closely with project and development teams during the fine-tuning phases
• Contribute to the development and optimization of assembly and adjustment procedures
• Ensure technical monitoring and traceability of the tests performed
• Expertize movements returned via after-sales service and implement necessary corrective actions

Profile sought:

• CFC as watchmaker-repairer or equivalent training
• Successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar position
• Autonomous, methodical and careful personality, endowed with an excellent sense of organization
• Rigor, precision and strong analytical skills
• Taste for quality work and sense of responsibility
