Service Technician/Electrician (m/f/d) Control Systems

For the greater German-speaking Switzerland area, we are looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) with a focus on control technology for the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

• Independent commissioning of our WAREMA control systems using our modern software tools
• Implementation of Smart Home products
• Parameterization of sun protection controls as part of maintenance or repair
• Instruction of end customers in the handling of the control systems
• Independent localization and rectification of malfunctions and errors
• Creation of service reports and documentation
• Independent project processing up to commissioning and acceptance by the customer (radio and BUS technology)
• Consulting and preparation of offers for radio controls up to BUS solutions (KNX, etc.)
• Support of the regional sales managers with technical clarifications
• Training of customers and colleagues
• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer / automation specialist EFZ with experience in the control area
• Several years of professional experience in the service of technical systems requiring explanation and services in the field of building automation
• Experience in the KNX area desirable
• Careful, reliable and safety-conscious way of working as well as problem-solving competence
• Willingness to travel within the entire Switzerland, as well as to the Headquarter (Germany)
• High degree of customer orientation, communication skills as well as flexibility and teamwork
• Good German language skills and driving license category B
• French language skills an advantage
• Good IT user knowledge of the Office packages
