We are looking for an engaged personality as a Maintenance Specialist 60-100% (a) starting immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Maintenance and repairs to buildings and building technology
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers
• Gardening and cleaning work in the outdoor area
• Planning and monitoring of indoor cleaning
• Organization of professional disposal
• Maintenance of the house services machines and tools

Your profile

• Technical or manual basic training, ideally with experience in caretaker services
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of versatile tasks
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Open, communicative and helpful personality
• Flexibility and resilience even in hectic situations
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level C1)
