Blattmann Noredux AG is a Swiss manufacturer of modified starches, dextrins and Clean Label products for an international clientele.

To support our food production in Wädenswil ZH, we are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement a:

Plant Operator in shift operation, 100%

Your tasks:

• Operation, monitoring and control of production plants (reactors, mixers, bagging plants)
• Ensuring product quality, food safety and environmental protection
• Carrying out in-process controls and simple analyses
• Troubleshooting as well as carrying out cleaning and maintenance work
• Documentation of production data according to specifications

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in a technical or manual field
• Technical understanding as well as mechanical knowledge; basic electrical knowledge is an advantage (analog control circuits)
• Experience in a production company, ideally in the food or chemical industry
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Ability to correctly implement work instructions and process specifications
• Knowledge of Lean methods (e.g. 5S) is an advantage
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong quality and safety awareness
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness to work in 3-shift operation
