Polymechaniker / Tool Service (w/m/d)

Tasks

• Assembly, maintenance and repairs of complex tools
• Development of proposed solutions for upcoming tool repairs and optimizations
• Service work on injection molding, injection blow molding and extrusion blow molding tools
• Documentation of the work performed
• Adjustments, post-processing and commissioning of the tools
• Experience with CAD programming, turning, milling and grinding is an advantage

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker, Werkzeugmacher or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in industry (toolmaking)
• Experience in the field of blow molding, injection blow molding and injection molding tools is an advantage
• Analytical action and thinking, as well as good documentation skills
• High quality awareness, clean and independent way of working
• Very good German skills
