Service Technician Heating - (m/f/d) 100%

For our customer, we are looking for a reliable and independently working service technician for heating systems (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

In this varied activity, you will take care of the reliable operation of modern heating systems. You will carry out service and maintenance work, rectify technical faults, and be in direct contact with customers. In doing so, you will work independently and contribute to ensuring that the heating systems function efficiently and without disruption.

Your tasks:

• Commissioning and monitoring of modern heating systems
• Performance of maintenance, service, and repair work
• Independent analysis and rectification of technical faults
• Checking and optimizing the functionality of heating systems
• Support and advice for customers on-site
• Support with technical questions regarding heating systems
• Cooperation with installers as well as internal sales and service teams
• Possibility, prospectively, to also work with heat pumps and solar systems

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training EFZ, for example as:

Heating installer, sanitary installer, electrical installer

• Specialist from the automotive trade or with a comparable technical training in the HVAC or electrical engineering field
• Experience in the field of heating, service, or maintenance is an advantage
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of troubleshooting
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Friendly appearance and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Willingness for on-call duty
• Good German and Italian language skills
