On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a landscaping team leader (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• ### Organization and management of construction sites
• You will prepare, organize and coordinate the different stages of your construction sites.
• You will plan interventions and distribute tasks according to each person's skills.
• You will anticipate needs for material, tools and supplies in order to guarantee the smooth running of the work.
• You will ensure compliance with deadlines, technical instructions and quality requirements.
• You will ensure the daily monitoring of the progress of the work and communicate the necessary information to management.
• You will know how to deal with unforeseen events and find suitable solutions to situations encountered in the field.
• ### Execution of landscaping work
• You will actively participate in the execution of outdoor development and maintenance of green spaces.
• You will implement your technical skills to guarantee durable, aesthetic and neat achievements.
• You will supervise planting, turfing, pruning and plant maintenance work.
• You will take part in landscape creation, earthmoving and the execution of outdoor developments according to the assigned projects.
• You will ensure the proper use and maintenance of material, machines and equipment.
• You will guarantee the cleanliness and good condition of your construction sites, as well as compliance with safety rules.
• ### Supervision and support of your team
• You will lead your team with professionalism, benevolence and high standards.
• You will transmit your experience and knowledge to employees and apprentices.
• You will promote a positive working climate, based on mutual aid, trust and respect.
• You will motivate your employees and support them in the development of their skills.
• You will lead by example through your commitment, your rigor and your involvement in the field.
• You will contribute to the progress of your team and to strengthening the quality of our services.
• ### Customer relations and company representation
• You will be one of the main representatives of Pury Jardin on the construction sites.
• You will maintain a professional and respectful relationship with our customers.
• You will be attentive to their expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
• You will transmit important information and contribute to maintaining clear communication between customers, your team and management.
• You will participate, through your attitude and the quality of your work, in the good reputation of our company.

Your profile:

• Your background and your skills
• Ideally, you will have a CFC in landscaping, an equivalent training or solid professional experience in the field.
• You will justify significant experience in landscaping work and, ideally, in team leadership.
• Your personality and your mindset
• You will demonstrate a true sense of responsibility and great autonomy.
• You will know how to take initiatives and decisions adapted to the situations encountered.
• You will be organized, rigorous and attentive to detail.
• You will possess natural leadership and know how to unite your employees around common goals.

• You will be keen to deliver construction sites that you can be proud of.
• You will possess good knowledge of plants, maintenance techniques and landscape creation methods.

• You will master the use of machines, tools and equipment specific to the trade.
• You will have a category B driving license.
