As part of the development of its activities, our client, a fine industrial SME of approximately 80 employees, is looking for a CNC Programmer Setter (permanent contract) to strengthen its production team.

Active in demanding sectors such as watchmaking, medical, jewelry, and microtechniques, our client continuously invests in modern equipment and cutting-edge technologies.

Your mission

Within a high-value-added industrial environment, you will be responsible for the programming, setting, and monitoring of machining operations on CNC centers. Your expertise will contribute directly to the quality and performance of production.

CNC Programmer

Your responsibilities

CNC and CAM Programming

• Perform programming of parts using CAM software (GibbsCAM, AlphaCAM, Cimatron or equivalent).
• Define and optimize machining strategies.
• Design and improve tool paths to guarantee quality and productivity.
• Participate in the industrialization of new references.

Setting and setup

• Perform complete setups of CNC machining centers.
• Set the machines and validate the first series.
• Ensure production startup and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with cycle times and manufacturing standards.

Your profile

• CFC in polymechanic, production mechanic, or training deemed equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in CNC programming and setting.
• Excellent mastery of precision machining.
• Good knowledge of 3 to 5 simultaneous axis CNC milling.
• Experience on machines of type Willemin-Macodel, Agie Charmilles, Bumotec, Chiron, Robodrill or equivalents.
• Mastery of a CAM software.
• Reading and understanding of technical drawings.
• Autonomous, rigorous and quality-oriented personality.
