What you ideally bring:

• Basic technical construction training with further training as a construction manager, technician HF, civil engineer, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the execution of structural engineering projects, preferably in shell construction
• Good knowledge of shell construction processes, construction sequences, and relevant technical requirements
• Organizational talent, an independent way of working, and a good sense of priorities
• Communication strength and enjoyment in working with different professional groups
• Assertiveness, without losing sight of a partnership-based approach
