CNC Programmer / Setup Technician Milling (m/f/d)

CNC Programmer / Setup Technician Milling (m/f/d)

In this key position, you will ensure economical, efficient, and process-reliable manufacturing of our precision parts. You will program new components, optimize existing manufacturing processes, and thereby make an important contribution to quality, productivity, and delivery reliability.

Your Responsibility

• Independent creation of CNC programs with CAM (TopSolid) for milling machines (Heidenhain) as well as Bumotec turn-mill centers (Fanuc)
• Optimization and further development of existing programs with regard to quality and efficiency
• Creation and maintenance of setup sheets, manufacturing strategies, and production documentation
• Setup and operation of modern CNC milling machines
• Carrying out quality controls according to requirements and specifications
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes (KVP / 5S)

What You Bring

• Completed training as a Polymechaniker/in, ideally with a focus on milling
• Several years of experience in CNC milling, preferably in the multi-axis area
• Experience in CAM programming, ideally with TopSolid
• Confident handling of technical drawings and 3D models
• Structured, precise, and independent way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Flexibility, team spirit, and willingness to take on deputy roles
