To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a

Cleanroom Mechanic-Setter

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor the production of automatic packaging machines in the cleanroom
• Perform settings during production startup on automatic packaging machines
• Perform format and tooling changes
• Feed installations and machines according to product specificities
• Correct machine parameters according to current production
• Provide technical support to the Engineering and Maintenance departments
• Organization and management of the planning for processing production orders in the cleanroom
• Establishment of weekly priorities for processing production orders in the cleanroom in partnership with the Logistics department
• Management of software necessary for product control by camera (creation of controls according to product specifications and settings)
• Comply with all quality system procedures, as well as requirements related to working in a controlled environment
• Monitor one's own operations, detect and report anomalies
• Complete production documentation and required documentation during the creation of controls on automatic packaging machines

According to production needs:

• Ensure the production of automated product packaging machines in the cleanroom
• Feed installations and machines according to product specificities
• Put into production (launch or production change) according to established planning
• Ensure and monitor the progress of production operations in the cleanroom

Your profile:

• CFC in Production Mechanics or equivalent training
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Technical knowledge in pneumatic systems
• Technical knowledge in detection systems
• Good understanding of tooling change practices on machines
• Good command of MS Office tools and other computer software
• Spoken and written French, English is a plus
• Flexibility

Working hours: Teamwork in 2x8h (6h-14h and 14h-22h) in routine and 3x8 according to production needs (night: 22h-6h)
