Your tasks:

• Carrying out general horticultural and garden maintenance work
• Designing and maintaining garden facilities, green spaces, and outdoor areas
• Creating and redesigning private and public garden facilities
• Carrying out planting work with trees, shrubs, hedges, and perennials
• Carrying out lawn work such as mowing, scarifying, and overseeding
• Pruning and maintaining hedges, shrubs, and trees
• Creating natural stone walls, garden paths, and seating areas
• Laying interlocking pavers, natural stone slabs, and paving
• Carrying out earth, excavation, and leveling work
• Creating stairs, edges, and garden walls
• Operating horticultural machinery and motorized tools
• Professional handling of lawnmowers, brush cutters, and hedge trimmers
• Carrying out seasonal care and maintenance work
• Carrying out irrigation and drainage work
• Maintaining plants, flower beds, and green spaces
• Carrying out general environmental and maintenance work
• Independent work according to garden plans and instructions from the foreman
• Compliance with safety and quality regulations

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Gärtner EFZ, specialization in garden and landscape construction, is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience in horticulture or garden maintenance (mandatory)
• Very good knowledge in garden and landscape construction
• Experience in the care and design of garden facilities
• Good knowledge in planting, pruning, and maintaining trees, hedges, and shrubs
• Experience in creating garden paths, seating areas, and natural stone walls
• Knowledge in laying natural stone slabs and interlocking pavers
• Experience in general earth and environmental work
• Confident handling of various horticultural machines and tools
• Good plant knowledge and understanding of professional garden care
• Knowledge in handling irrigation systems is an advantage
• Experience in garden maintenance for private and commercial customers
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent and professional way of working
• German language skills are an advantage
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
• Own car not required
• Physically resilient, reliable, and weather-resistant
• Exact, independent, and team-oriented way of working
