For our properties in the Wil region, we are looking for an immediate

Caretaker / Maintenance Cleaner 100%

Area of work:

• Care of several properties in the Wil region and surroundings
• Maintenance cleaning of stairwells and outdoor areas
• Inspection of technical systems
• Execution of minor maintenance work
• Performance of window cleaning
• Participation in winter services

Expectations:

• Sound knowledge and experience in caretaker services (maintenance cleaning)
• Good technical knowledge and manual dexterity is an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B (manual transmission)
• Good German language skills
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Good physical condition
• Well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work in a team and punctuality
