Your tasks:

• Independent execution of garden maintenance and upkeep work for private and business customers
• Care and maintenance of garden facilities, green spaces, and properties
• Professional pruning of trees, shrubs, and hedges
• Carrying out lawn care work such as mowing, scarifying, fertilizing, and watering
• Care of flower beds, borders, and perennial areas
• Planting of trees, shrubs, hedges, and seasonal plants
• Execution of weed control and cleaning work
• Carrying out seasonal garden maintenance and upkeep work
• Care and maintenance of paths, terraces, and outdoor facilities
• Operating garden machinery such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and brush cutters
• Control and maintenance of irrigation systems
• Execution of smaller garden redesigns and repair work
• Independent planning and organization of daily work orders
• Direct contact with private customers, business customers, and property managements
• Friendly and professional support of the existing customer base
• Advising customers regarding garden care and plant maintenance
• Compliance with safety and quality regulations in all work

Your profile:

• Completed training as Gärtner EFZ Fachrichtung Garten- und Landschaftsbau
• At least 3 years of professional experience in garden maintenance or as a customer gardener (mandatory)
• Very good knowledge in the care and maintenance of garden facilities
• Sound plant knowledge and experience in professional pruning
• Experience in the independent care of private gardens and customer properties
• Good knowledge of lawn care, hedge care, and plant care
• Confident handling of garden machinery and tools
• Experience in the area of seasonal garden work
• Neat and friendly appearance in direct customer contact
• Independent, reliable, and customer-oriented way of working
• High awareness of quality and careful handling of customer facilities
• Good organizational skills and responsible working
• German language skills for customer communication are an advantage
• Driving license category B is an advantage
• Own car not required
• Physically resilient, reliable, and weather-resistant
