Production Mechanic (M/F)

Desired profile:

• CFC in production mechanics or training deemed equivalent * Confirmed experience of several years in precision machining on conventional and/or CNC machines * Experience in a watchmaking, microtechnical, or high-precision mechanical environment * Knowledge of CAM and optimization of manufacturing processes, an asset * Excellent mastery of reading technical drawings and metrology * Ease in setting up, commissioning, and production monitoring on machining centers * Good knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and mechanical manufacturing techniques. * Ability to control the quality of produced parts and to intervene in settings when necessary. * Developed technical sense and a marked interest in modern industrial environments * Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with production teams * Driver's license (cat. B) and vehicle, an asset Your mission:
• Perform the machining of precision mechanical parts using conventional machines and CNC machining centers + Perform settings, commissioning, and production monitoring of manufacturing equipment + Read and interpret technical drawings, manufacturing ranges, and production documents + Participate in simple programming and the optimization of CNC machines in collaboration with technical teams + Ensure production monitoring and perform necessary setting corrections to guarantee the conformity of parts + Control dimensions, tolerances, and component quality using standard measuring tools + Perform assembly, mounting, or finishing operations according to production needs + Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment and ensure the proper functioning of installations + Apply quality, safety, and continuous improvement procedures in force within the company jpid84b8458jm jpit1145jm jpiy26jm
