Facilities Management Specialist, Mechanic (a) 80-100%

Your tasks

You keep our mechanical and building technology systems in operation and develop them further with us. To do this, you assess the condition of the infrastructure, recognize the need for action early on, and plan maintenance and repair work. You approach malfunctions systematically and resolve them independently.

You contribute your expertise when working on buildings, technical systems, and medical technology devices. You accompany external suppliers and tradespeople on-site, check their work, and ensure a clean handover. You document your interventions and the system data in our software so that your colleagues can continue to work with them.

What you bring with you

• You have completed a basic technical training, such as Facilities Management Specialist, Maintenance Mechanic, Polymechanic, Plant and Apparatus Builder, Industrial Mechanic, or Metalworker. An equivalent training is also suitable
• You are very knowledgeable in the maintenance and servicing of building technology systems. You can assess technical problems, justify decisions, and reliably complete work. In doing so, you think beyond your own assignment and coordinate well with the team and external specialists
• You are flexible in terms of time and location for on-call duties. You possess a category B driver's license. Experience with medical technology is welcome - but not a must
