Construction Manager (w/m/d)

Area of responsibility:

• On-site construction management and coordination of the companies involved in construction
• Control and supervision of construction execution from realization to handover
• Ensuring professional, economical and high-quality execution
• Active presence on the construction site and coordination of all participants during the execution phase
• Checking contractor invoices as well as handover of the construction documentation

Profile:

• Degree as Dipl. Bauleiterin HFP or Dipl. Technikerin HF-Bauplanung or an adequate training
• Several years of experience as a construction or project manager, preferably from industrial, civil or structural engineering in Switzerland
• Experience in construction cost planning, calculation, scheduling, contract management, and tenders (Devisierung)
• Familiarity with industry-standard software packages for construction management (Messerli BAUAD, MS-Office, MS-Project)
• Specialist knowledge of construction products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
