Polymechaniker/in - CNC Manufacturing with DMG MORI Experience

Activity

• Independent setup and operation of modern CNC turning machines from DMG MORI
• Manufacturing of demanding individual parts and small series
• Programming, optimizing and correcting CNC programs
• Setup of tools, clamping devices and measuring devices
• Monitoring the manufacturing process and ensuring the required quality
• Carrying out dimensional checks and documentation of test results
• Recognizing and resolving manufacturing problems
• Care and maintenance of machines and equipment

Requirements

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in CNC turning
• Good knowledge in the setup and programming of CNC turning machines
• Experience with DMG MORI is an advantage
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring devices
