Construction Manager Building Projects (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a company in the field of construction and project management, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Construction Manager Building Projects (m/f/d). In this role, you will independently manage small and medium-sized building projects or take over a sub-area in a larger project. You will coordinate the work on-site and ensure a safe, economical, and timely construction process.

Tasks

• Management and organization of work on the construction site
• Responsibility for individual projects or clearly defined project areas
• Preparation and support of tenders and awards
• Coordination of schedules, construction site logistics, and executing companies
• Monitoring of costs, quality, and construction progress
• Support of the work until commissioning and handover

Profile

• Technical construction training or studies in building construction, architecture, or civil engineering
• Further training as a Construction Manager or Technician HF is an advantage
• At least three years of experience in Swiss construction management or a comparable function
• Knowledge in tendering, cost control, and construction administration
• Confident use of MS Office and digital construction tools
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance on the construction site
