Your main responsibilities:

• Meeting our customers' expectations both technically and by maintaining a high-quality customer relationship by contributing effectively to their satisfaction
• After a training and induction period, you will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of installations within the geographic sector
• Your professionalism and rigor will allow you to carry out your activities in full compliance with contractual commitments and rules relating to the safety of property and people
• As an ambassador for our company image, you advise your customers, including regarding sanitation
• You are also a support to your external sales colleagues in the context of the sale of installations
• You also provide periodic on-call service

What we are looking for:

• Committed to service quality and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills with customers, you benefit from professional training (with obtaining a CFC) preferably in the field of electricity or another technical trade; training as a combustion controller (ARPEA) or a federal diploma is an advantage
• Your team spirit, your commitment and your taste for challenge are assets that will allow you to succeed in your function and to evolve within our company
