Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare boats for the season (antifouling, polish and other preparation work)
• Prepare boats for winterization (winterization of water systems and batteries, washing and tarping)
• Participate in mast rigging and unrigging operations
• Participate in the preparation of new boats
• Perform boat repairs, including wood and composite work
• Perform basic mechanical interventions

What we are looking for:

• You hold a CFC as a boat agent or shipbuilder
• You have experience with wood and composite work as well as basic knowledge in mechanics
• You are motivated, energetic and flexible, with an ability to work effectively under pressure
• You master French and/or German, and English is an advantage
• You hold a motorboat license (sailing is a plus)

• Contract type: Permanent full-time
• Start date: To be agreed
• Activity rate: 100%
• Location: Gletterens, canton of Fribourg
• Language: French - Good level
