Apprenticeship as a Specialist in Food Technology (w/m/d)

During your apprenticeship, you will learn all the steps of food processing in our Freiburger Manufaktur – from the raw product to the finished product. This includes, among other things:
Acceptance, inspection, and professional storage of raw materials

Operating, monitoring, and cleaning our modern roasting, grinding, and filling systems

Refining and packaging nuts, nut butters, and convenience products

Technical control, maintenance, and servicing of our machines

Carrying out quality controls and the documentation of production steps

Compliance with internal and legal hygiene, environmental, and safety standards
