tasks:

• you are active in the execution and detail planning of conversions as well as renovation projects
• in doing so, you create construction plans and visualizations of construction projects
• furthermore, you also maintain contact with architects, clients and authorities
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have a degree as drafter architecture / drafter architecture or as architectural drafter (with Swiss EFZ qualification)
• proficient use of archicad and bim is an advantage, but not a requirement
• do you also describe yourself as conscientious, well-organized and working independently?
